1. The location is excellent. Its around 30 mins from airport, and is situated on RK beach 2. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Special mention to Mr Arunav and Chitra from front desk. 3. The dinner buffet was awesome. Good spread, and the local cuisine was delicious! 4. The property has a nice swimming pool and outdoor space. Its nice to sit out especially during evening.

I am a regular guest of The Park, Vishakapatnam. The hotel is truly exceptional, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Stunning views of the lush greenery and nearby beach. The dining options were fantastic, with a diverse menu of cuisines and a breakfast spread that was an absolute treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, handling every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. The beach, though not entirely private, felt secluded and peaceful—ideal for morning walks or sunset relaxation. Surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, the whole place had a serene, refreshing atmosphere. The pool area was spacious, clean, and perfect for unwinding.The resort even had medical assistance available, Overall, The Park, Vishakapatnam provided an amazing, seamless experience, and I left feeling refreshed and thoroughly satisfied.

It's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, on the ramakrishna beach road and the views from the ocean view rooms too, rooms are amazing and the hotel facilities are very good, swimming pool was very clean and neat. I recommend the place for my family and friends. It's a very nice place for a getaway from a busy life.... looking forward to stay again in future...

Food was ok. They need to give more veg choices. Nearness to the beach is the biggest attraction. Room was quite good but maintenance is not proper. Toilet faucet was not working, drain was choked, door was jammed. My room was changed. The staff was very good. Overall experience was nice.

Nice people, customer friendly, Excellent view from suite, relaxing lawns, managed ocean beach front, supervised swimming pool. Continental breakfast was awesome too. We were offered free upgrade to Suite. Strongly recommend 311 to anyone and will do same if we or our family friends visit again.
